THE YOUNG NOVELISTS
Exclaim! dubbed their first EP “unpretentious brilliance” and this six-piece folk-roots band has won critical acclaim ever since. BlogTO called them “one of the top 5 folk bands to watch in Toronto” and their live shows capture audiences with both barnstorming singalongs and poignant ballads. Their new album ‘made us strangers’ will be released on April 28th.

EAST COAST LOVE STORY
Eastcoast Love Story is folk music turned up to 11. Frontman Zac Hackett`s songs evoking images of love in the frozen north, life on the road, and the hardscrabble experience of modern Maritime culture are brought to life by a band who blur lines between country twang and indie-rock. The group’s creative force lies within its’ ability to take the listener from a whisper to a yell, all in the same moment. With a dynamic stage show and a soon-to-be-released debut EP (with ‘Cold World’ already receiving airplay across Atlantic Canadian radio), this foursome is ready to tell their stories far and wide.
