egg nog, merriment, and thank yous

The only way 2012 could have been better is if we had played a concert on Mars.  What a year!  We traveled to the east coast a couple of times, made many new friends, recorded and released an album, played more shows, grew funkadelic mustaches, and also managed to play with a few of our musical idols (check out a great review and photos from our December Horseshoe show with the Lowest of the Low!).  The only reason any of that was possible was due to the fact that real, live human beings give a sweet crap about indie music.  That’s you!  And we are mightily blessed (by the divine forces of shirtless dancing) to have the chance to do what we love so very, very much.  Thank you for a great year!

So now that New Year’s Eve has blustered by like a drunken zeppelin, it’s time to get your real party on.  Get ready to join us on Saturday January 5th at Lee’s Palace for our 3rd annual Let’s Break All Our Resolutions In One Night concert!  We’ll be joined by the abso-fab-lutely Wool & Howl and The Fires Of, and the gods of shirtless dancing will also be in attendance.  Cover is $7, but only $5 if you bring a delectable item for the Food Bank.  It’s a good cause, a good time, and good people will be making bad decisions all night long!  Even the folks at blogTO think you should go. How can you resist?  Start 2013 off on the right foot.
