back from tour & in love with autumn

Touring is amazing, but we are glad to be home and ready to have a love affair with autumn. We enjoyed some old-fashioned east coast hospitality on our tour, and we’d like to say a big thank you to all the folks who shared a floor, a meal, a stage, or a sing-along with us along the way! Going on tour is like an extended marathon of good times, and it was fantastic to be able to share those times with such great people. Double kudos go out to our drummer Mike, his wife Eileen, and their 4-month-old daughter Broghan who came on tour with us! It was amazing to have a great family vibe while playing songs around the east coast.

But now that we’re back, the thing is we have to have a huge celebration and that is happening this coming Friday September 13th! Throw away your superstitions and join us at The Rivoli for one helluva party. We’ll be joined by some of the best folk-roots bands we’ve met in our various travels: Jon Davis plays a mean piano ballad with debonair charm, BEAMS has the energy of a rocket ship and the sound of a singing saw, and Rachael Cardiello and her Warm Electric Winter Band have the kind of songs that make leaves explode with colour. Besides all that we’ll be debuting some surprises for everyone, and we’re pretty excited about it! For $6 you can’t beat it.
